Thin Air Technology, Inc. allows its dealers, sales representatives and customers the use of Thin Air Technology, Inc.’s name, trademarks, and product images for the purpose of properly promoting sales of its products and strengthening the relationship with its customers.

Use of the Thin Air Technology, Inc. name, Logos, product images, and related information (in print- and/or electronic-forms) (hereinafter "TAT Property") is limited to Thin Air Technology, Inc.-Authorized Dealers, Authorized Distributors, Authorized Systems Integrators, and Sales Representatives (hereinafter "User").

Thin Air Technology, Inc. grants User permission to use the Thin Air Technology, Inc. Property subject to the following conditions: (1) all advertising of User clearly indicates that it is advertising of User, and is not advertising of Thin Air Technology, Inc.; (2) User's advertising does not imply or suggest an association between User and Thin Air Technology, Inc. other than that of buyer and seller; (3) User's use of the Thin Air Technology, Inc. Property positively represents Thin Air Technology, Inc. and Thin Air Technology, Inc. CCTV equipment and related services in a professional manner; (4) User's trade name is more predominant on User's advertising than Thin Air Technology, Inc. trademarks; (5) the appropriate trademark notice ( ™ or ® ) appears adjacent all Thin Air Technology, Inc. federally registered trademarks; (6) the Trademark Statement below appears in or at the end of all advertising wherein any Thin Air Technology, Inc. trademarks are used; (7) no modifications of any Thin Air Technology, Inc. Property are made; and (8) only Thin Air Technology, Inc. MSRP product pricing may be used for direct marketing or E-commerce promotion activities. Use for any other purpose is expressly prohibited, and may result in severe civil and criminal liabilities.

The use of Thin Air Technology, Inc. Property is authorized ONLY for promotion and sale of Thin Air Technology, Inc. products. Use of Thin Air Technology, Inc. Property DOES NOT imply any business association with Thin Air Technology, Inc., other than that of buyer and seller.

Thin Air Technology, Inc. reserves the right to review User's advertising and may: (1) specify and require changes to the advertising as a condition of use; or (2) refuse or revoke permission to use Thin Air Technology, Inc. Property by User.

Permission to use Thin Air Technology, Inc. Property for any other purpose is not granted, and must be specifically obtained in writing from the Thin Air Technology, Inc. Marketing Department.

Thin Air Technology, Inc. reserves the right to deny or revoke permission to use any of the Thin Air Technology, Inc. Property for any or no reason at any time.
